They do not indicate that the entire user browsing history will also be collected. In their privacy policy for lastpass they are clear about how they collect unique identifiers for devices, user information and linking to third party data for marketing. That's a big difference to using the URL on an active tab to preempt what credentials you might need to use - a transitory process that takes place on your device.
Your browser tab urls means your browsing history. The issue is asking for explicit permission to collect your browser tab urls, (whether you use lastpass in them or not). Excellent, but does logmein really need my browsing history to improve this? This is the only "user experience" I'm aware of - it saves credentials and applies them when you need them. For me, the problem with the request is not "permission to access" which, as rightly said, is essential for the extension to work.
